Cancellation Policy

It is important to understand that when forgetting or cancelling appointments without giving enough notice, the stylist loses the opportunity to fill that appointment.

24 hours of notice to cancel or reschedule is required. If 24 hours has not been given, the reserved card on file will be charged 50% of the service. No shows are included in this policy.

Customer Satisfaction

In the event you are unhappy with your service, please contact me within 72 hours to make any appropriate adjustments needed to ensure your satisfaction. Any adjustment needs to be scheduled within 7 days. Due to time and materials that go into the service, refunds will not be offered.
